Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paid Events
Cancellations must be received no later than seven business days prior to the
event start date to receive a refund, less the applicable processing fee.
Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration online before the
cancellation deadline. No refunds will be issued after the deadline or for noshows.
Substitutions are permitted.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the initial request and will be
processed in the name of the original payer.
