Solicitud de Información de CMS sobre la Ley de Reducción de Inflación

Given the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Part D Redesign and associated policies, CMS is interested in feedback from interested parties on several annual programmatic policies for CY 2025 and beyond. These areas include, but are not limited to, how CMS should:

(1) define standalone Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) meaningful difference to ensure a substantial difference exists between basic and enhanced benefit plans offered by a parent organization in a PDP region;

(2) set non-defined standard tiered cost-sharing thresholds;

(3) define parameters for what constitutes an enhanced benefit plan under the Part D Redesign; and

(4) modify formulary Tier Models.
